• The vein at the corner of Alejandro's forehead was pulsing as he drove Maude back to her apartment. His face was tight with a frown as he thought of Luena. Yes, he was still furious. Very angry at her for raising a hand against Maude. Not just anybody. Maude. The woman he cared so much for and that turned out to be the mother of his precious child. Oh, Luena was a nobody to Alejandro now. In a day, all sympathy or whatsoever he'd felt for her, was over with.
