• Sofia and Anna stepped out of the elevator and into the opulent hallway leading to Marco’s penthouse. The smooth hum of the elevator had done little to calm Sofia’s restless thoughts after the tour. The vastness of Marco’s world was staggering, and the cryptic boundaries she was allowed to cross only heightened her unease.
