- Brooke looked skeptical but followed her suggestion. She grabbed one of the large pillows and put it where Yasmin's legs were. Then she lay back with her head coming to rest on the dense pillow and her gaze looking up at the lovely face of her most trusted companion. The blonde started to close her eyes but Yasmin spoke up.
- "Don't close your eyes," she said softly as a finger approached Brooke's face.
- The blonde followed the hand with her eyes as it came to her brow and swept slowly across it. Even though Yasmin wasn't physically in the room, she felt the touch almost as if it were real. Brooke sighed and continued to follow the gentle strokes as each one traced a line over her forehead.
