Chapter 122 A Moment Of Confession

• Lina walked into Raymond's study after opening the door with a creak sound. Except for the glowing light coming out of the table lamp, the study was quite dark and cold. Lina shivered slightly. With the help of the garden light seeping through the window, she made her way towards Raymond, who was busy typing away on his computer.
• Seeing how busy he was, and knowing that she was the one who had stolen him away for the day, Lina felt quite guilty. The energy she walked into the study with seems to have depleted. Finally, she made up her mind to go sit on the sofa and wait for him to finish his work, before bringing up the matter that had been eating her up.
• Just when she turned around and took a step towards the sofa, Raymond closed the last email he was reading. He swerved his chair around to see his wife retreating to the sofa. He was ready for her arrival at any time. He knew that the heated sex they had earlier wasn’t enough to make him escape Lina’s questioning.
