• ‘I can't believe he really didn't come back home after what he did to me. How cold of him,’ Olivia muttered to herself before climbing down the bed, feeling sore.
• Just as Alden promised last night, someone was sent to help her get dressed and drive her back home. The lady even got her drugs that helped reduce the pain, or else she wouldn't have been able to walk. She would still be crawling around the room by now.
• She went straight to the bathroom, took her bath, brushed her teeth, and returned to her room. She took her phone and ordered something to eat so as to be able to take her drugs.
