- The pit of her stomach bottomed out and her head felt light. Blinking, Nova looked around. She was standing in a large beige room. Crissy smiled at her and then looked over at a dark-haired woman that stood at the door.
- “How do you feel? Any pain?”
- Nova opened her mouth and then paused to see how she was feeling. “A little lightheaded, nothing else.”
