Chapter 18

• Emily
• It was a gorgeous Monday morning. Gazing out the window from my room, I took in the calm and serene world outside. Tiny creatures were starting to emerge from their burrows, eager to begin their day. I allowed myself a final moment to bask in the sun’s warmth before leaving the comfort of my bed.
• Right after that, I made my way to the shower. Unlike my usual routine, I finished up faster than normal. Why? Because I had something important lined up today. Finally, the day had come for me to take part in the Rivermoon warriors' training.
