• Sylvie almost spat out her milk as she glared at Jeanette. “What? Why would I be interested in him? I'm not into cold and heartless men like him. Instead, I prefer those who are warm and down to earth! Even if he threw himself at me, I would stay as far away as possible. Besides, isn't he Charlie's father? Someone you have slept with? Why would I be interested in him?”
• Jeanette couldn't help but blush as she replied, “That was an accident, all right? It's not like I wanted to sleep with him.”
• “Well, reality can't be changed. Charlie has already been born, for goodness sake,” Sylvie quipped before bursting into laughter.
