• I locked the door to the clinic, and pulled my bag closer to me. The nights seemed longer these days, and I was so beyond lonely. It was just not fair that I had a mate that never bothered to check up on me. It was so unfair, and I wished with all of my heart that the moon goddess had not dealt such a hard hand.
