Chapter 9 I Will Not Be A Scapegoat

• Qin Suer clearly did not take her warning seriously. After she tore up the report, she walked to the cargo cabinet and swept everything off the shelves.
• “Since there are so many things, you will probably need days to put them back in place, right? Don't worry. I’ll come and watch you work every day. And don’t even think about having a chance to rest!” Qin Suer crossed her arms over her chest and smiled in triumph.
• Qin Shuhan raised her long and thin eyebrows before she turned to call the company's security guards.
• But Qin Suer said, “Don't bother calling. Before I came, I specifically gave orders to the people outside. Even if you phone the guards, they will not come in.”
• “Is that why you can do anything you want?” Qin Shuhan looked at the security camera in the right corner. “You can destroy everything here. Regardless of what you do, you shall bear the consequences alone.”
• “Did you think that I would overlook the security cameras? Did you not notice that all of them are switched off? No one will know whatever happened here. Diye Group will make you pay until you go bankrupt!” Qin Suer walked toward another cabinet and smashed the items in it as she spoke.
• Qin Shuhan whipped out her phone and recorded a short video. She managed to capture Qin Suer's face clearly. When Qin Suer noticed and wanted to snatch the phone away, Qin Shuhan had already sent the video to her chat group.
• “Did you just secretly recorded me?” Qin Suer shrieked.
• Qin Shuhan replied in a sarcastic tone, “Didn't you say that no one will know? Now that everyone knows, you can continue to destroy the goods. When you are done, I will call the police. I don't think they would be blind and not know who the culprit is.”
• “How dare you go against me? Hand me the phone!” Qin Suer reprimanded.
• Not only did Qin Shuhan not hand her phone over, but she also locked her phone. Qin Suer was livid, and she rushed to Qin Shuhan, attacking her like a crazy dog.
• But Qin Shuhan moved aside and dodged her. Qin Suer missed her footing, tripped and grunted in pain as she fell to the ground rather ungracefully. Instantly, her face was covered with dust.
• At the same time, the door to the warehouse was pushed open, and the supervisor looked at the situation in shock. She quickly rushed over to help Qin Suer up. “Ms. Qin, why are you on the ground? What is going on?”
• Qin Shuhan said, “Qin Suer was busy smashing the stock, and she accidentally tripped over. Supervisor, how will she pay for all these damaged goods?”
• The supervisor lifted her head and saw damaged goods lying all over the ground. Some samples in glass containers were broken as well. The supervisor turned pale and said in fear, “Ms. Qin...”
• “This was all done by Qin Shuhan. If you have any questions, just ask her.” Qin Suer gritted her teeth and straightened up.
• Knowing that she had the evidence recorded, Qin Shuhan waved her phone and told the supervisor, “I have caught everything on video. Call the police. I will not be the scapegoat.”
• “But...” The supervisor looked at Qin Shuhan before turning to Qin Suer who almost became the president's wife and fell into a dilemma.
• Qin Suer, who was extremely embarrassed, fixed her makeup and coughed awkwardly, “Ms. Mo, I have been together with your president for six years. It was just a misunderstanding between both of us. After I have explained to him, I will still become the future wife of the president. If I say that it was Qin Shuhan who smashed those goods, you should heed my words and act accordingly. I will take care of everything else.”

• The supervisor was extremely afraid of Qin Suer because there was a possibility that she would become her lady boss. If she offended Qin Suer now, she would be digging her own grave.
• But after looking at the surroundings, it did not seem like Qin Shuhan was the culprit.
• “Hanhan, clean up the place. I will help Ms. Qin dress her wounds first.” The supervisor thought about it and decided that she could not offend Qin Suer.
• Qin Shuhan was unhappy. “This is not my job, so I will not clean it up.”
• “If you can't do it, then pack up and leave!” The supervisor supported Qin Suer and walked toward the door.
• How delusional of them! Qin Shuhan laughed, thinking to herself how pathetic the whole situation was. She did not want to work there either!
• It was already afternoon when Feng Lanhe received her resignation letter. He crushed the letter into a ball and asked, “Where is she?”
• Chen Yan lowered his head and said, “She left in the afternoon. When she left, the warehouse was in a mess. It seems like the goods were smashed by someone.”
• “Call the person-in-charge.” There was a hint of anger in Feng Lanhe's voice.
• When the supervisor walked in, she already felt that something was not right and cautiously asked, “President, were you looking for me?”
• “Explain what happened in the warehouse.” The man's lips were slightly parted, and he emanated a powerful but terrifying aura.
• The supervisor's expression changed. “I'm sorry. I did not know that Ms. Qin would come by. I have already sent her to the hospital. I know that I'm in the wrong, so please let me off this time.”
• Feng Lanhe initially wanted to ask about Qin Shuhan's resignation, but he frowned upon hearing her words. “Qin Suer came by?”
• The supervisor assumed that the president was angry after he knew that Qin Suer was hurt. In her defense, she quickly explained, “Yes, Ms. Qin wanted to visit you, but you were not in the office. She then wandered around by herself. I did not expect her to be knocked over by our employee. Don't worry, sir, I have already made the new employee resign. She will never appear in the company again!”
• The supervisor spoke with righteousness, and she even thought that she was being smart and decisive. Luckily, she did not offend Qin Suer. Otherwise, she might have been punished by the president.
• “When did you have the right to make a decision?” Feng Lanhe slammed the table, his voice echoed throughout the office.
• At that instant, the supervisor's knees buckled as her legs went weak like jelly. The sudden change in Feng Lanhe’s attitude was simply terrifying. She was at a loss and tried to explain, “President, I heard that it was the new employee who knocked Ms. Qin over, so I...”
• “Find her. Or you can forget about keeping your job,” Feng Lanhe ruthlessly said.
• Tears streamed down the supervisor’s face as she left the president's office. She could not understand what she had done wrong. However, she did not dare to defy Feng Lanhe, so she looked up Qin Shuhan's address and personally went over to apologize.
• Qin Shuhan was very firm with her decision. “I will not return. You can go now.”
• “I know you have been wronged. However, Qin Suer's position is too important that I dare not offend her, so I could only put the blame on you. I bought many things for you as an apology. Please return to work tomorrow,” The supervisor pleaded.
• Her unusual behavior left Qin Shuhan curios, yet she remained indifferent. “You were the one who wanted me to leave, but now you are asking me to return to work. Do you think it's a game?”
• “I'm sorry,” the supervisor expressed her apologies regretfully.
• However, Qin Shuhan persisted, “It's the same answer for me. Please leave.”
• The supervisor saw that she was about to close the door, so she quickly blocked the door in a panic. Qin Shuhan frowned slightly and looked displeased with her actions. The supervisor knew that she was angry, so she knelt down. “Hanhan, it is all my fault. Please don't leave the company. If you leave, I will lose my job too. I have to support my family and pay off my loans. Please help me!”
