• Something was off. I started to suspect it when one of the walls shifted, separating me from Atena. I called out to her, but I could hear her footsteps moving away, a sign she was searching for something.
• I kept moving through the space, checking the shack, and saw the driver who was with Samuel. I crouched down and heard the sound of someone approaching. Controlling my breathing, I spotted Atena from a distance. She didn’t stay long, quickly returning to the middle of the barricades.
