- Located on the east side of the city of E, the Electra Pack was nothing like the Blackwood Pack. There was no thick, lingering smell of blood, no suffocating oppression. The air smelled of pine and grass; sunlight filtered through the leaves onto the stone path. Everything felt relaxed.
