Chapter 78 Where Did It All Go Wrong?

• I ran as fast as my legs could carry me out of my room when I heard the news that Hallie had passed away. I had no idea where I was running to but I was mad at myself for not being able to save her. How could I have allowed her to die just like that when she protected me?
• ‘’why!’’ I stopped running when I reached under one of the trees surrounding the royal home. ‘’how could this have happened when all she did was saved my life!’’I screamed at the top of my lungs and fell to the ground as the tears streamed down my face. Danielle was killed by an unknown person and now, it was Hallie. It could have been me but she took the arrow for me and now, she was dead. Technically, I was responsible for her death because it was all my fault.
