Chapter 1 Celebration

• My name is Amarah Raven, I am a twenty one year old Werewolf and the future Alpha of White Cresent Pack. Yes, you read that correctly I am the future Alpha and our Pack is the largest and strongest Pack there is.
• As I grab something to eat I hear a conversation between two of our Omegas and the only reason I am straining my hearing is because they mentioned my parents. They talk about how much they have done since taking over the Pack and that they still do so much after almost forty years of ruling as Alpha and Luna.
• “Alastor, where are you?” I ask my baby Brother through our mind-link and even before he answers me I already know I just woke him up. I rush up the stairs to his bedroom and open the door without knocking, earning me a groggy growl.
• “Did you know Mom and Dad have been ruling for almost forty years?” I ask him and his eyes fly open as he mutters “Fuck”, before he sits up straight. I tell him what I heard in the kitchen and I tell him what popped into my head when I heard.
• He asks me how I plan on doing that and I tell him I need his help and that of my best friends. Alastor is in the bathroom as I start to explain what I want to do and how I plan to do it without our parents being the wiser.
• I mind-link Ione to ask her to get the others and to meet me and Alastor in my office, she confirms that they will be there in ten minutes. Once Alastor is dressed we both head to my office and I link one of the Omegas to have breakfast delivered to my office for all of us.
• Rhea is already in my office when we get there and I smile as I see an annoyed look on her face, “Breakfast will be here shortly.” I say and chuckle at the relieved look on her face. As soon as we are all sitting Melia asks me why I called the meeting and Alastor and I tell them what the reason for our meeting is.
• “We are going to need a lot more help in getting this of the ground, but I already know how to get Mom and Dad of Pack grounds. We will take them out to dinner to the same restaurant they took us to when we turned sixteen.
• Decorations can be put up as soon as we are through the gate and guests can start arriving shortly after, the only question is who do we send an invitation.” I say and Alastor is already contacting the restaurant to make reservations, while Eos is writing things on a notepad.
• “How about just our allies that live close by, that way they could be informed when you leave and they will arrive here before you get back.” Rhea suggests and I nod my head as I start thinking which allies live close by. Ione suggests enlisting the Omegas in preparing snacks and putting up decorations, she also offers her help in making this happen.
• “Mom is willing to help by baking a three tier cake and she will make plans with the Head Omega.” Eos replies and she offers her help, just as Rhea and Melia. So the only thing is finding a way to invite our allies and figuring out what Mom would like for decorations.
• “How about finding out what the colors were at their Alpha and Luna Ceremony?” Alastor asks. Melia tells me she will link her Mother to see if she remembers if there was a color scheme made and if she can remember anything special about that day.
• We have less than three weeks to pull this off and I think I found a way to get the information we need on our allies. Eos and Melia were going to see Eos’ Mother and hope they could enlist the Head Omega, which I doubt would be a difficult task as the woman adores my Mother.
• Ione and Rhea would talk to Ione’s Dad to get his help with pulling this off and I was going to see Dad with the excuse of wanting to learn more about Pack business, which in this case would involve our allies.
• After lunch we all meet up in my office and we had all succeeded in our tasks. Eos writes down who is helping and what they will be doing for us. Melia’s Mother still had the color scheme from their Alpha and Luna Ceremony and that made this a whole lot easier.
• “I have a list of our allies and there are five that are within an hour traveling from here, they will be invited for the party. I will call Luna Jess and ask her what the best way would be as to the invitations.” I say as I pick up the phone and dial the number for Silver Moon Pack.
• After two rings the call gets answered by Alpha Drew, “Hello, Alpha Drew. This is Amarah, Alpha Atlas’ Daughter. Could I talk to Luna Jess, please?” I ask and he tells me he will put me on speaker as she is in his office, Luna Jess asks me what she can do for me.
• “Luna Jess, in three weeks Mom and Dad will be running this Pack for forty years and we want to throw them a surprise party. Can you explain to me if it would offend anyone if I invited only five of our allies, seeing they live within an hour driving from here?” I ask and she asks me which Packs I intended to invite for the party.
• I tell her the names of the four Packs and that they are invited as well, “Amarah, let me handle the invitations. I will make sure they know to RSVP to me, we will be near your Pack when you leave for dinner and I will help your friends set everything up.” She says and I thank her for taking that of my to do list.
• I sigh in relief knowing that I don’t have to worry about the invitations and that Luna Jess will be here to help out my friends. “You do realize that Mom will try to get you into a dress because of the occasion?” Alastor asks and I know that he is right, but this time I will beat her to it.
• I actually get Mom to let me borrow her organizer by telling her I want to see what I need to do if I ever have to organize an event and I get the girls to help me. We even make sure we talk about it in front of Mom and ask her advice on certain things.
• Only a week left until the party and Alastor and I have decided this is the perfect time to tell Mom and Dad that we will be taking them to dinner. We tell them during dinner with Dad’s Beta and Gamma present and the moment he starts to object they cut him off, telling him to enjoy a night with his family.
• Mom asks why we are taking them to dinner and I answer her through the mind-link, “We know the two of you took over forty years ago and that calls for a celebration.” And I can tell that Mom is relieved I didn’t say it out loud.
• After dinner Mom follows me upstairs and I know exactly what her reason is. The moment we are in my room she tells me we need to go shopping and she asks me to please wear a dress, “Mom, Alastor already told me you would want me to wear a dress and I already have a dress.” I say as I point behind her.
• It is an emerald green, floor length, one shoulder dress with a split starting mid-thigh on the left. Three string of shiny stones run from my right shoulder down my back to just above my ass and I top it of with black velvet high heeled ankle boots. She stares at it with a smile on her face and hugs me before she leaves my room.
• Ione and Melia recruited their Mothers to take Mom shopping as they knew what we had planned for the rest of the evening. They will also make sure that Dad will gets a new suit and I know it will be in the right color.
• I was able to get every Warrior to volunteer their time to help with the preparations, it looked as if they did nothing more than they normally did and the only reason I could see they were sneaking around is because I knew what they were doing.
• The rest of the week dragged by slowly and I wondered if Friday would ever come, but Friday came as it always does. After lunch Mom and I go upstairs to get our hair and make-up done, after which we get into our dresses and Mom looks gorgeous in her royal blue, floor length dress.
• Blue and gold is the color scheme, just as it was at their Alpha and Luna Ceremony and when I see Dad I am stunned. He is wearing a black three pieced suit with a royal blue button-up shirt and so is Alastor.
• Mom smile as she sees her Mate standing at the bottom of the stairs and as she gets to the bottom Dad reaches out his hand, Alastor does the same for me. “You look stunning, Sis.” He whispers and I return his compliment, my baby Brother looks very handsome in his suit.
• We asked one of the Warriors to drive us as I wanted someone to be able to stall us if that was necessary and he is also linking Ione the moment we are through the gate. We quickly get in the SUV and start chatting as we drive away from the Pack-house.
• By the time we are ready for dessert our Warrior links me to tell me that everything is ready at the Pack-house and I smile as I see Mom and Dad discussing on whether or not to get dessert, “Mom, we don’t have to catch a train.” I say teasingly.
• Half an hour later we are on our way back and as we near the border I link Ione to warn her. As I step out of the care it is absolutely quiet and I wonder how they managed to do that, “Mom, Dad.” Alastor says to get their attention.
• “I had a small surprise made for you.” He says as he pulls out two black mask. “Would you mind putting these on?” he asks and Mom and Dad take them without hesitation. We both grab hold of an arm and lead them through the Pack-house to the backdoor.
• Melia and Rhea are waiting for us at on the back porch and they take up position behind Mom and Dad, they pull away the masks at the same time. Mom and Dad look stunned at the scene in front of them and I see tears form in Mom’s eyes, looks like we did an excellent job.
