• Jasmine was at her flower shop earlier in the afternoon doing some pruning, the scent of fresh roses, marigolds, and lilies filling the air, when the bell above the door chimed and the door pushed open. She looked up thinking it was a customer while brushing the dirt off her palms, only for her lips to stretch into a warm smile.
• “Justine?” she called out, to her elegant friend dressed in a gorgeous tweed dress, “How are you? Is everything okay?” She asked immediately, noticing that her eyes looked so worried and restless.
