Meanwhile, Emmanuel, standing at a distance, exhaled audibly, his brows furrowing slightly with a hint of worry as he observed his wife's diminishing silhouette disappearing into the office. Just as he was preparing to depart, a familiar voice pierced through the ambient noise, calling out to him from the periphery of his awareness: "Emmanuel! Manny!"
