Chapter 1 Pregnant
- "You're pregnant." The doctor looked over the ultrasound sheet and icily stated his conclusion.
- Elvira froze when she heard the news, and before she could react, a loud slap landed on her face.
- "You bitch!" The person who spoke, was Elvira's stepmother, Gina.
- Elvira covered her face as she snatched up the sheet and looked closely at the conclusion.
- "I didn't, there's no way ......" As far as Elvira could remember, she hadn't had any skin-to-skin contact with a man at all.
- And how can she get pregnant?
- At this moment, there was another graceful woman standing in the room, she snorted coldly, "Gina, if it wasn't for someone telling us that your daughter was pregnant, our Lu family would have really been fooled by you."
- Elvira covered her face, not believing the result at all.
- "This marriage ah, I'm afraid it can't be done, you return our dowry money, we won't pursue this matter." Sonia's face was full of contempt, looking at Gina very unnatural.
- "Sonia, this, this ......" Gina was dumbfounded and could only flatter the Lu family by sending them out first.
- Elvira grabbed the doctor's arm, "Doctor, I want to abort this baby!"
- "Don't even think about it, it's been four months, do you want to die?" The doctor waved Elvira away, the contempt in his eyes, very piercing.
- Four months ......Elvira doesn’t remembered the humiliating night. But, as the doctor said, now their lives are one, looked at the list in her hand again, was she really going to be so selfish and give up this baby?
- What's wrong with the baby? He's not wrong about anything, Elvira thought, and she can't be this selfish.
- No matter what, she was going to keep this child, this tiny life existed in her body, she simply couldn't give it up, even if she would have a hard time in the future, she was going to bring this child up alone!
- A few months later.
- Elvira stroked her rounded pregnant belly and sat staring down the hospital corridor until the sound of disorganised footsteps yanked her thoughts back.
- The visitor is none other than Sonia's son, Bryan.
- "Are you really going to give birth to this sinful child?" Bryan stormed out, and if it wasn't for the people next to him stopping him, he was afraid he was going to do it.
- Elvira: "This is my child."
- From the moment she felt the foetal movement, Elvira had no resistance to the baby.
- The connection between her fingertips running over her pregnant belly and the baby in her womb responding to her movements was wonderful and made Elvira even more determined to have this baby.
- "A child with an unknown father is a child?" Bryan's eyes were red, he had never felt so embarrassed.
- Elvira looked at Bryan and said slowly, "What's the point of talking so much when you're almost out of the marriage?"
- Elvira tugged at the corner of her lips and smiled, just as the number for the maternity checkup was called and Elvira prepared to go into the department, ignoring Bryan's shouting behind her.
- "Want to return the marriage? Your Mu family can't even return the dowry money!" Bryan was furious, and Elvira stopped in her tracks.
- She turned to him and asked with a faint expression, "How much?"
- "Ten million."
- Bryan's family really overestimated her. She's an unpopular daughter. She's worth $10 million?
- Suddenly, Elvira felt her belly tighten and a pain hit her, she covered her stomach, could it be, this was about to happen?
- Six years later.
- On the plane, Elvira is resting with her eyes closed.
- Half asleep, she seemed to be dreaming.
- The dream was of a dimly lit room.
- On the large bed, Elvira's snow-white skin, contrasting with the black sheets, greatly stimulated the man's nerves.
- Elvira couldn't really make out the man's face, and she struggled to open her eyes to see who it was, but alas, she couldn't.
- The man suddenly fished out Elvira's legs and spread them apart with such force that Elvira's finest places were on unreserved display for the man to see.
- Elvira could feel the man's desire for herself as he stared at her privates, his gaze full of encroaching longing.
- No, don't ...... she looked at the man in horror.
