• When I got home, I slumped onto my couch, exhausted after the day’s activity. The whole showcase was happening tomorrow, and I still wasn’t completely prepared.
• I had taken the day off work so I could have enough time to finalize everything. The showcase would start before New Year’s Eve, and the weight of it all sat on my shoulders. I was excited, yes, but nervous at the same time.
