- I couldn't believe how supportive and unbothered he was. Sure, he'd always supported me and he was an open minded guy who'd had as many boyfriends and he'd had girlfriends, but still. "Wow, thanks Dad!" I threw myself at home, wrapping my arms around him and burying my face into his firm chest. I couldn't stop smiling.
- "Order a couple of pizzas on my credit card and I'll grab the birthday champagne from the fridge," said Dad as he patted me tenderly on the back, "then why don't you run upstairs and get changed, yeah?"
- "Okay Dad," I said cheerily, quickly ordered our favourite pizzas then scampered back up to put that dress back on. I walked into the kitchen all dressed up with a little bit of eye liner to finish the look and saw my fathers eyes look over every inch of me.
