CHAPTER 49 – NOT AMONG THE REST

• Wright rushed to take his phone, looked at the receiver and heaved. “Cindy”
• “Pick up Wright what is she calling for?” Maeve said.
• “Pick already. Maybe Rio is back with the kids” Kyra added.
• Wright looked at everyone in the room. For some reasons, he felt that Cindy call may not be good news.
• He could not explain why he felt this way. Maybe it was as a result of the connection that he had always had with Riona, that connection which had made him to believe that Riona would be a werewolf just like him.
• However, he could not bring himself to voice out his fears to anyone in the room since all they want now is good news and some show of optimism.
