• We sat, talked and watched as Robert floated in and out of sleep. Every time we thought he was out a nurse would come in and 'check his vitals' or adjust his medication or some other medical related task.
• Mrs. Jacobson told me where the motor coach was. She also told me that two of their grandchildren had been with them but their grandson had flown home. Their granddaughter was packing a few things for them to take home with them when Robert was released but she, the granddaughter, would be riding back with me.
