• She used my phone to call Cheryl and tell her. Then Cheryl spoke to me and told me there were some papers I would have to fill out and sign. She would bring them to practice the next Saturday. I made it a point of being there.
• She was waiting for us when we arrived. We sat in the bleachers and she went through the paperwork with me and showed me where to sign. I rarely carried my checkbook, but I always had a blank check in my wallet so I filled it out and handed it and the paperwork back to her.
• We sat there side by side looking out over the swimming area and watched some of the kids playing in the water. Audrey had joined them. We sat in silence for several minutes looking straight ahead before she spoke. "I miss you."
