• The day had dawned sunny and bright, and it looked perfect for a summer poolside BBQ. The caterers would get here mid morning and set everything up for us in the house and out at the pool, so that all we'd need to do food wise is cook up on the two bbqs, one for the vegetarians and one for the meat eaters. Plus keep the drinks flowing of course.
