The teacher then gave us a few minutes to prepare our stories. My classmates mostly all shifted uncomfortably in their seats, uneasy with the assignment. They had grown comfortable, or at least accustomed, to showing off their bodies to me and each other, but sharing their intimate moments that happened outside of class was a much different and more daunting challenge. After about ten minutes Ms Skye told us that the presentations would start. She called up Artemis first, and said that we would go in alphabetical order. I let out a sigh of relief, quite happy that I would go last.
Artemis only slowly got out of her seat and walked to the front of the class. She didn't look scared or nervous, but there was still some anxious energy to her in the way she fidgeted with her hands. She glanced around the class for a few moments before letting her eyes settle on me.
