- "I don't care who is right, or who is wrong, or who did what first. What I care about is doing the work this business needs to get done, and that is it." Jessie stated, speaking softly but with an iron authority under her voice.
- "You two are the most productive and talented of my current interns, and you are already better than most of my full employees, but you are letting this rivalry between you waste the amazing potential you have. You both could have a fantastic future in this company, and you could help it go places beyond what we can imagine right now, but you won't go anywhere if you let yourself get consumed by petty grievances." Jessie told them.
