• Saturday morning Clay woke up early. His morning wood was crying out for attention. He had to get right into the shower to stop himself from taking care of it. He didn't believe in taking the edge off before a date to be more relaxed. Clay believed in keeping the edge on to help himself be more aggressive, to help avoid the trap of just being the "nice guy." Maybe it was bullshit, but he felt that had helped him get his only two girlfriends, and was maybe the explanation for why he had missed out on others.
• Clay saw Jay in the mirror again when he got out of the shower and confronted him.
