- The voicemail came through while I was still sorting through Pack paperwork. Seeing Dr. Calder’s name light up my phone, I felt a pang of worry.
- “Olivia, hi. It’s Matthew – er, Dr Calder. I think you should come down to the hospital. Your mother’s health has taken a bit of a turn, and I’d like to talk about it. I’m sure seeing you would give her a boost too.”
