Chapter 30

• Mrs. Black had insisted they stay back for dinner as it was quite late in the evening. But all of them declined as they wanted to go back home.
• Since no one was ready to stay back Mrs. Black insisted they stay back for a few drinks as she thought she should treat them to a good wine, which she had ordered from Italy as it was their first time to meet her informally.
• All of them agreed and finished almost five bottles of wine before packing up for the day and saying their goodbyes but it so happened that Gracie got really drunk and so did Isabella and Alex was having a hard time holding them and carrying them towards his car so Adam volunteered to drop Isabella home, while Alex went ahead to drop Gracie home.
