Normally, when a body is found, paramedics would come to offer any kind of assistance they could, making sure the wounded was treated before rushing him or her to the hospital. But since the case was totally different, an ambulance was brought to carry away Vivianne's body that was covered in a black body bag.
It took the sheriff ten minutes to get there. One thing was sure, he was in a hurry and obviously beat traffic with the help of the sirens wailing on top of his car. He wasn't satisfied now that Vivianne had been gunned down, a suspect whom they had under surveillance, trailing her every movement for months, expecting her to make a mistake and slip up so they could nab her in the process. All the effortless time of hard work and patience had all been flushed down the toilet with her death, making it hard to find out her conspirators.
