Chapter 3

  • Serena couldn't get out of her mind the strange sensation her body felt as she remembered the magnificent image she had of her new neighbor, his body,... it was so much for her that thinking of that image stuck in her mind made her imagine herself with him touching and enjoying his caresses.
  • —Miss Hernandez!
  • —Yes... of course I want to....
  • —Ahh, so you want to be punished then?
  • Serena reacts frightened when she sees her biology teacher's face in front of her, the teacher dots her student's flushed cheeks and realizes what she was daydreaming about.
  • —Leave your fantasies for when you are at home Miss Hernandez, if it repeats even if it is new, I will send you to two hours of punishment writing that "I must not daydream in class."
  • Everyone began to subtly laugh making Serena embarrassed by her teacher's warning. As she walked out of class while walking down the halls she could see Dalton in the distance, "looks like it's not hard for him to make friends and change high schools."
  • —Here you are. —Serena jumped in fright and looked at Oliver. She frowns in annoyance. "Why did you leave last night? You missed the best part of the party.
  • —Pudrete. —She spat angrily, but oliver didn't like it.
  • —But look how aggressive the little bitch is, I can't imagine you in bed like that.
  • Her words caused him to be repulsed and Serena kicked him in his parts and without a second thought he stormed off to his last class. "Please don't let me run into him" as she left the premises, Serena saw a classic car "Ford mostang" she remembered it because her great—grandfather had one just like it, but the car she was looking at looked like new, spotless
  • —You must be our new neighbor.
  • —Ahh!" Serena turned around as fast as she could and put her right hand to her chest because of the shock she got. —Damn!... And who... are you?
  • Serena was drawn to the stranger in front of her, his pallor was the same as Dalton's and her mother's, but she was mesmerized by his brown eyes without forgetting his seductive lopsided smile "But what a Greek God this is."
  • —What are you doing here Antton.
  • Dalton's voice brings Serena out of her trance. She watches the sulky boy waiting for an answer from the one who just called Antton.
  • —Do I have to explain to you what I'm doing, little brother?
  • —Don't call me as if I were a child. —He replied annoyed, "Come on, I'm starving.
  • Serena was looking at Dalton's older brother, her body trembles when she stares at him, she was afraid that her legs would fail her when she saw him approaching her, she feels that there is something about him that makes her very uneasy.
  • —Do you want me to take you? After all, we live... close.
  • Her uneasiness grew when she saw that he couldn't move, she pressed her lips together when his eyes rested on hers, "What's happening to me?" desires,... a strong impulse that makes her imagine things she has never experienced before, sex.
  • —Serena! ....
  • Feeling her father's hand on her man, she turned and realized it had not been her imagination.
  • —Come on. Let's go home," Serena was surprised to see that Antton and her brother were gone. "What happened? —Daughter, come on, it's getting dark.
  • Trying to figure out what had happened, the young teenager kept looking at the Baltimore house, "It was him who was at the window" Serena's face turned red as she remembered seeing her last night.
  • Her father again was on duty at the police station so Serena makes sure the doors to her house were locked, it was still a little while before dusk, she grabbed her laptop, her cell phone and locked herself in her room with popcorn while watching a movie on her laptop "As if it were true".
  • Almost closing her eyes Serena heard voices from her window that made her wake up completely, especially because one of them was familiar. She was with a boy and they both went into the forest surrounding the few houses that were there. She wanted to follow them with her sight but she disappeared curious to know what he was planning with that boy, she took her cell phone and her keys to then run out and follow him from far away but it was difficult for her to get him since every time she heard him close and tried to see him, she couldn't see him as if he was running away from her.
  • —What the hell am I doing here?
  • A cold chill creeps into her body, fear begins to invade her as she realizes that she is going too far into the forest. Seeing herself lost and finding no trace of anyone she decided to return home but a terrifying scream made her turn around quickly, swallowing thickly Serena stands still not knowing what to do "Stupid run home!"
  • —Dumbass, Dumbass....
  • She started walking towards where the screams were coming from, she stopped when she saw a very old two story house, trying to get closer she stopped her steps when she saw the same boy she saw with Antton walking out towards the forest, her fear grows when she saw that he had blood on his shirt and his right shoulder
  • —Oh my god these!....
  • Serena hides again as she sees Antton walk out, branches cross on the ground with each step he takes, she notices he walks in a different way than a man his age, a strange elegant bearing, a somber expression as if he was hunting. "He did that to you, to that boy?"
  • Serena recognized him as the boy who annoyed her, sat behind her in all her classes.
  • —Please... don't kill me....
  • —You little rat, do you think you can steal from a Baltimore?
  • The girl's face totally paled like a blank sheet of paper when she saw the red eyes of her attacker, totally petrified she watches as Antton feeds on the boy, "No,... Vampires don't exist."
  • Horrified by what she saw, she forced herself to react to run away before he saw her, but she stumbles as she turns around.
  • —Shit! —she whispers. She turns around and realizes that Antton is gone. —Damn.
  • —Dear neighbor, —Serena freezes when she sees Antton inches from her face —You know there's a saying that goes "curiosity killed the cat."
