Chapter 14

• I flinch startled by his words but he starts laughing as he throws himself on my bed, pissed off I locked myself in the bathroom because I don't know what the hell just happened why is he laughing, is he making fun of me?
• I grabbed one of my robes then went out and couldn't find him anywhere, as I peeked out the window I could see he was arguing with his mother again, he remains serious and his mother shows a fury making me scared when I saw he raised his hand against her ready to hit her, "He's going to hit her".... my heart went crazy not believing he was able to do it, my heart flips when I turn to where I was, he stares at me, his eyes were as red as blood and then... he disappeared, his mother fixed her sight to where I was and in her eyes I could see a deep sadness.
• I slammed the window shut, my uncontrolled nerves made me think about what Dalton said about his brother, he was about to hit his mother, if he is capable of doing that with her, "He could kill me if I piss him off".
