• The old man get the blood samples from different people. He doesn't remember where's Adam's blood in the test tubes. The testing takes an hour, sadly none of the test tubes containing bloods matched to what he's talking about. 
• The old man looks frustrated because he didn't expect that he lost other test tubes while running, it might fell somewhere.
