Chapter 111 Just His Wishful Thinking

• Cody simply held onto Eliza’s hand before he stood himself up. “Let’s go to bed; you should get some rest. You’re starting work tomorrow, aren’t you?”
• “Yeah…” she mumbled passively. As they were in bed, Cody pressed himself tightly against her. He opened his eyes to stare at her each time she twitched or moved a little, and she found her heart racing each time he looked at her.
• “Aren’t you going to sleep?” he asked when he felt her moving. His arm was already pressed tightly around her waist, and she glanced at him quietly before she found herself getting nervous. “Yeah, I’ll sleep now.” She then shut her eyes tightly. After all the nervousness and physical activities that she had experienced throughout the night, Eliza soon fell asleep after a short while. Cody lifted his lips into a smile as he glanced at the young girl in his arms, his eyes twinkling with joy. A while later, he gently kissed her on the forehead before he went to sleep himself, his arms still around her.
