CHAPTER 84 : A Prophecy Revealed

• Mathias's body throbbed with agony from the brutal impact of the fall. Hurled into the air and forcefully slammed onto the ground, he experienced excruciating pain. Despite being a witch, the intensity of the pain was no different from that of an ordinary human. Yet, he couldn't afford to dwell on his wounds or indulge in self-pity. Adams, in his fierce, beastly form, was closing in on him rapidly. With devilish red eyes filled with rage and elongated, razor-sharp claws, Adams appeared like a creature of pure wrath. Mathias knew he had to act swiftly if he wanted to survive.
• Summoning his strength amidst the pain, Mathias uttered an incantation through gritted teeth, "Estalibon Dtrrrti FITGRI." Just as Adams was about to strike with his lethal claws, the spell took effect. Instantly, Adams felt as if the weight of an entire planet had descended upon his head. Buckling under the immense pressure, he dropped to one knee, his hands clutching his skull, desperately fighting the excruciating agony coursing through his being.
• Seizing the opportunity, Mathias extended his arm from the ground where he lay, his voice filled with fury, "AGRalimTI!" The force of the spell propelled Adams with tremendous velocity, hurtling him through the dense forest and vanishing from sight. Mathias felt a surge of satisfaction, believing he had finally rid himself of Adams, at least temporarily. Calculating that he had around 10 minutes before Adams would start to regenerate and regain his strength, Mathias gingerly rose to his feet, his body still throbbing with pain. Despite the torment, he was relieved to emerge victorious from the battle. He held a firm conviction that Adams posed a threat to Clara, and he was determined to stop him by any means necessary.
