- I wake up to a lick on my face and smile knowing Max was the naughty one who was lovingly licking me. I turn to see if Davi has woken up and I notice that the bed is empty, I'm curious to know where he was. Max, naughty, comes closer, I put him against the pillow and keep petting him until I hear him purr. I smile when I hear David's voice, saying:
