• I tried avoiding Andre all day, it wasn't easy. He tried making conversation even when I made it clear that I wasn't in the mood to talk to him. He was stubborn and persistent, only fueling my irritation.
• The day finally ended and I slipped away without anyone noticing. I was hot and frustrated from the events that occurred earlier. My mind kept wandering back and forth and I couldn't seem to stop thinking about him. I couldn't concentrate to get any work done. He was a fire while I was the moth.
