• My day felt ruined, so I picked up my cell and made a call to the one whom I knew would be able to quell the issue with the police. After all, it was her mess that brought Chase to my door on a weekend.
• Hello, I heard her voice, I could tell she was in a public space as the sound of trains and other vehicles passing interrupted our call.
