Chapter 8

• Zurie was sure that anger and irritation had mixed up in her blood because she almost couldn’t describe what she was feeling. While the others gathered around for the bonfire; she refused to join them and decided to go for a walk in the woods instead.
• Her parents, Eileen and then Brad.
• What the hell was wrong with all of them? Why did they all have to choose one day to infuriate her or turn their backs on her? They could have easily picked different days so that on every day they choose to go bonkers she would have a backup and someone to talk to.
