- I walk back to the cottage with Belle. She holds my hand tries to give me some sort of peace. I feel havoc racing through my body, and I am not sure how to deal with any of it. It is a strange power that seems to be taking me over.
- "Do not worry, Alanis. Mommy and daddy can help you. Especially mommy. Mommy knows how to help you," Belle says.
