- Luna Kate is able to connect with Alanis. She begins doubling over in pain. Luna Kate screams out and then calms herself. Alpha Erick takes her hand. I know this pains him. Luna Kate lays her head back. I touch her shoulder, trying to offer my comfort.
- "She is taking her pain and communicating with her," Alpha Erick says.
