• Alpha Sebastian POV
• Alpha Erick and I arrive back at the packhouse. Everything seems fine at first, other than the fact we did not speak with Conrad. We did speak with Iris. We both agreed she was hiding something and that she needed to be watched in case Conrad returns or Jasmine shows up at their cabin.
• "Sebastian!" I hear screaming. It is Alanis. I look to see her and a wolf running into the woods. She is fighting as Alpha Erick and I both run toward the woods. We run through the trees, listening for her, but nothing, not another sound, is coming from her in any direction. What did he do to her to shut her up? Why must he take my wife? Breeding, I already know the answer to the question. He will rape her and make her have his pups against her will. If I do not get her back, her life will be hell. Alanis does not deserve this!
