Chapter 26

• When her gaze zeroed in on two other running figures, one of which was still human, she sprinted to them. This caught their attention, and the werewolf and Adam snapped their eyes to her.
• Monica screamed, tightly clutching the knife in her hand. She was absolutely willing to stab the creature. Especially if that meant she could help her mate and his sister. She wanted them to be happy, and if that came with blood on her hands, so be it.
• The werewolf ran towards her, and Adam yelled something behind it in anger. Monica couldn't understand him as her only goal was to kill that beast.
