Chapter 8 The Exile Clan Returns and the Unknown Ocean

  • Date: Æ1289 11, 3
  • The sun is about to set near nightfall. The armies are starting to go back where their post.
  • "Sir! The heads of the village order," one of the soldier's talks to the Generals. The Generals signal to the Second, Fifth, Third to go back to their main post.
  • Other generals ordered other powerful swordsmen to look outside the barrier and gate, while the General signaled the others to leave for their safety. Shin sat on the floor and lay down, Soldier Æ just stood in his place, the other army would return to guard inside the village and the others were just positioned inside the barrier near the east, west, and middle gate of the east.
  • Gakushin Gakure and Shikari Gakure are heading back. Samurai is finally at the Head of the village office. He reported the information to the Heads.
  • "A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable but more useful than a life spent doing nothing," the General of the Fifth Army said as he sits down in the chair. He's on the underground facility, he goes to the underground facility to report the cautions while he interprets the talking of the Heads.
  • "All war is a symptom of man's failure as a thinking animal," the General of the Second Army said furiously to the heads.
  • The sergeant replies to all of them as they all dispute. "Often those who criticize others show what he is lacking," the sergeant said as all of the people inside the facility looked at him. He is standing behind the Second army General.
  • "Looks like you trained well your soldiers, worth it for losing a left eye," one of the heads of the village said as he nodded and looks over the papers.
  • "Life has got all those twists and turns... There is nothing impossible to them who will try," the General of the second army said as he turns around and call his assistants to say some orders for them.
  • His assistants nodded twice before walking out of the room.
  • "We live in a village... the village that needed more protection from those creatures that we don't fully understand," one of the heads of the village said to the one standing to the right.
  • "We live in a world that has walls, and those walls need to be guarded by men with swords and bows and more powerful, finest, elite, swordsmans. The nation which forgets its defenders will be itself forgotten" the heads of the village said in one of the middles as he stands up. All of them look at him and realize the reason why he's the main leader of the conversation and the one who controls the village.
  • The Generals are getting outsmarted but they know more knowledge about fighting.
  • "We're deploying forces to the west for the new cautions that been waiting in there, a clan returned from exile and now being investigated by the west. The government is ashamed themselves for not having great information that just been sent from Himura Kiri," the heads of the village said from the guy in the middle.
  • "A clan returned from exile? That's ridiculous for a nation," the General of the third army said.
  • "Well! Where deploying some of our swordsmans, I believe Gakushin Gakure's bunshin is at a boat and trying to travel from another continental," the heads of the village guy in the middle said.
  • All of the people inside look at him and talk to him. They're all gathering and reading the information that they've gathered. One of them nodded twice before leaving. The General of the fifth army leaves confused as he holds one of the papers that the heads of the village gave him.
  • The third army General stands up and leaves the room, he goes outside the underground facility, he sees two men waiting for him outside.
  • "The exile clan must disappear for good," the General of the third army said.
  • "This must be a misunderstanding General," the young soldier said on the right. "The clan must disappear for our protection," the General said as he points his hand at the young soldier.
  • "Enough General! We're leaving give me the papers!" The left man said as he removed the pointing hand of the General. The General hand over the paper and leave as nothing happened.
  • The man and the young man leave the underground facility. They go in a big elevator, it's powered by a small amount of electricity. They get in with the other people who are going in to. Someone pulled the liver and it's going up.
  • They both leave and the others walk outside to their main rooms. "I don't know why is the General that mad with that exiled clan, all I read is that they've been exiled for hundreds of years,"
  • "So you've done your readings," the guy looks around and sees that he's around so many people. His name is Leo. And the young man named Senn.
  • "We should talk on the way out of the village, I believe it's quiet out there," Leo said as he whispers to Senn. Senn looks around and sees many people looking at them.
  • Leo is holding a special sword on his back while walking towards the gate. It's a special blue sword.
  • "Leo, how long is your sword living?" It's about a hundred years, my master gave it to me to protect myself and even others," Leo said as he grabs his sword from his back.
  • "Can I carry it for a little bit?" Senn said.
  • "Sure! I don't see why not," Leo said as he hands over his sword.
  • "Ahh! It's quite heavy," Senn drops the sword to the ground. Leo laugh.
  • "You have so much to train on Senn, come on we need to leave before night comes," Leo said as he picked up his sword and put it on his back and they continued walking in a straight path.
  • Shikari Gakure and Gakushin Gakure are wandering around the east outside their village patrolling and looking for signs of someone.
  • "Shikari Gakure, we patrolled all night long but there's no sign of Dark Shira or Dark Swordsmens," Gakushin Gakure said as they both stop on the ground.
  • "We might be missing something, we should think outside the box otherwise we would be in great danger," Shikari Gakure said as he looks to his right.
  • "We're gonna be splitting from here! Gather some armies... I'm heading to the north to see if there are new cautions," Shikari Gakure said as they both vanished in a blink of an eye. Shikari Gakure is heading towards the north and Gakushin Gakure is heading back toward the village.
  • "Just another word to describe a person strong enough to tolerate anything and soft enough to understand anyone," a nurse said as he walks inside a room.
  • "Ms... Fudo Toka!" The nurse quickly goes to Fudo Toka. Fudo Toka is holding her left hand so hard. The nurse sees a man in the bed killed. The nurse quickly runs off the room to call for help.
  • "Tsk... This is not gonna be fun, I need to say this to the Generals and the Heads of the village before this gets too far," Fudo Toka thinks as she holds her hand so tightly. The man is dead on the bed bathed in one's blood.
  • After a couple of seconds, Fudo Toka hears a lot of running toward she's room. 2 swordsmans come into the room and the nurses quickly come in.
  • Fudo Toka loses consciousness as she says, Generals. Both Swordsmans heard it and both look at them each other.
  • "I'll go to the underground facility and tell them what happened here," one of the swordsmen said in the room as he tapped the other swordsmen in front of him as he leave the room.
  • The nurses quickly give Fudo Toka medical attention. The other swordsmen quickly come toward the dead man. He sees that he's one of the swordsmen of the village.
  • Gakushin Gakure is heading back. He hides in a tree. He sees other finest swordsmens outside the village. They're all looking in a hole but the hole quickly goes back into normal like there's no hole. Gakushin Gakure walks out of the tree as if nothing happened.
  • The finest swordsmans salute him and walk towards the forest in front of them. Gakushin Gakure seems a little bit off but he continued to walk.
  • A swordsman reaches the underground facility. The swordsman sees the heads of the village are talking and the Generals.
  • "Sorry to interfere! But I have a message from our swordswoman," the swordsmen said.
  • "Go ahead what is it?" One of the Generals said they all go quiet. "Fudo Toka calls one of the Generals as she lost consciousness," the swordsmen said as he looks into the eyes of the remaining Generals in the room.
  • "There's a guy who I believe Fudo Toka killed in her room... The guy possibly tried to kill Fudo Toka while she's asleep but luckily she's awake," the swordsmen said.
  • The Heads of the Village got a little bit curious as they look at each other. "Swordsmen, deploy bodyguards inside the medical rooms in that place and give this to one of the generals in the west post in the east gate," One of the heads of the village said as he get a paper on his lower table and sign it and give it to the swordsmen.
  • The swordsmen salute to the head and leave the room quickly.
  • "We might be in great trouble gentlemen," the heads of the village said as he sits down in his chair.
  • "I'm deploying all of the Generals as soon as she wakes up in she's bed... Do you understand Generals?" The heads of the village said as he looks seriously at the Generals remaining in the room.
  • "Yes! Where coming in there and..." One of the General said as he nodded.
  • "And? And, what!?" One of the Heads said as he looked towards the General who didn't finish what he was saying.
  • "Look here, General! As soon as I know what is happening here you'll be replaced by another General! Do you understand General?!" One of the heads said furiously.
  • "Yes! As you wish," the General said as he leaves suspiciously in the room.
  • "Are we sure that can still trust that man?" A shadow speaking.
  • "Soldier Æ, where assigning you to spy on him, we're gonna be working on the exiled clan from now, they're more dangerous than the Dark mobs," one of the heads of the village said.
  • "As you said," Soldier Æ said in a Dark voice and vanishes.
  • "The exile clan is far more worst these days, I'm asking every Head of the villages councilors to speak about the situation.
  • "Councilors? What do you mean? Councilors vanishes a long time ago, the mains are now called the heads of the village!" One of the remaining Generals said in the room.
  • "West! Are a few places in the world that still require councilors like ours now called heads of the village," one of the heads of the village said.
  • West, daylight.
  • Himura Kiri is still sitting where he got caught. "You have nowhere to go, take off that hood so I can cut off your head beautifully," a girl swordswomen said in front of him.
  • "So that's the case huh? Beautifully? An exile clan returns, I'm flattered to see your clan come back from exile," Himura Kiri said in the swordswoman.
  • "Where's still an exile, we manage the power for peace, stability but we still got into an exile... Our village turned into a battleground," the swordswoman said as he point she's sword toward Himura Kiri.
  • "Manage the stability of power for peace? Don't make me laugh, the legends say that your exiled clan destroyed the peace because of wanting power for yourselves!" Himura Kiri said furiously to the swordswoman.
  • The swordswoman quickly swings she's sword towards Himura Kiri but he quickly dodges. "Don't ever call us exile, good thing our councilors ordered us to not kill you, we're here to give you a message and bring them to the other big nations that we want to negotiate once again for the peace and the Dark mobs that once again rising in the north, we heard so many things about these but we didn't involve ourselves," the swordswoman said to Himura Kiri.
  • Himura Kiri is a little surprised as he looks around him. The swordswoman hand over a scroll to Himura Kiri. The scroll is glowing and looks like they performed magic in it.
  • "I'm talking directly to your councilors, I'm Himura Kiri! From the west nation, Shira swordsmen!" Himura Kiri said formerly as he takes off his hood.
  • "A Shira! We should end him here for good measure," one of the swordsmen said in the back of the swordswoman. But she quickly raises her hand to back away.
  • "I'm the chief of this army, we've been looking for a Shira, and don't underestimate these swordsmens there far more dangerous than your wizards and swordsmens... If you'd like to talk to the councilors of our village we're gonna need to tie you up and take your weapons," the swordswoman said to Himura Kiri.
  • "I'm heading to your village first before tying up my hands and getting all of my weapons," Himura Kiri said.
  • "Looks like we've got a deal, as soon as you see the village where restraining you from moving... Now follow me," the swordswoman said as she turns around and signal to she was another swordsmans to take a look at Himura Kiri and stay on guard.
  • They all walked away and the other swordsman vanishes.
  • "The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity Senn," Leo said as they both walk. They both see their horses waiting outside the gate and see more swordsmens out.
  • They reach their horses and both hop in their horses and leave the village. The other swordsmens give them a sign of Good luck.
  • Middle of the ocean somewhere in the world.
  • "I don't see any land? Where are we?" Gakushin Gakure bunshin said to the Captain.
  • "I believe that there is a pier somewhere here," the captain said to Gakushin Gakure as the captain look around.
  • "How do you know that?" Gakushin Gakure asks the captain in a hurry.
  • "One of the travelers who is also using a boat to travel, he uses a teleporting message he can use this too but once I message it never answered so I came here with some of the swordsmans," the captain of the boat said.
  • "The ocean is calm, Samurai! Get ready for any circumstances... The other swordsmens ready for the unexpected," Gakushin Gakure said to everyone on board. There's no other civilian in the boat except for the captain and the 5 crew.
  • The swordsmans look around and keep guarding, looking at the downside of the boat. "If we all got attacked by an underwater monster we all dead, remember that so stay alert," the samurai said to the swordsmans. Gakushin Gakure looks straight ahead in the boat and sees a lot of big rocks in the way.
  • "Captain, we might be in a little bit of a predicament, slowed the boat there are big rocks ahead, there might be land," Gakushin Gakure said to the captain.
  • The captain looks straight and sees that there are a lot of big rocks in the so-far distance.
  • Gakushin Gakure walks aside from the boat to take a better look at the big rocks. The samurai feels nothing under the waters.
  • "We might be safe to travel, I didn't sense anything when we came here all the way," the samurai said to Gakushin Gakure.
  • "We still should alert, if you didn't sense anything from here means there's a big one..." Gakushin Gakure answered as he signals to the swordsmans to stay on their post.
  • As they travel across the ocean, there's a big fish on the sides of their boat. Gakushin Gakure quickly signals to the army to stay calm and to do not do any movements.
  • Gakushin Gakure slowly walks to the left side of the boat, he sees that it's bigger than their boat. "The fishes are not normal, you should stay the boat in a calm position," the samurai whispered to the captain as he walks towards the right side of the boat. "11 meters, no more than it's probably 30 meters our boat is..." One of the swordsmen said as he quickly goes quiet and sees that there was a fish bigger than he just said. They all got stunned by what they see.
  • The fishes are also moving where they're heading. Their boat suddenly goes a little bit up but it goes down. Gakushin Gakure looks at it and sees that there's a big fish below them.
  • Gakushin Gakure signals to the captain to move the boat a little bit to the right and goes straight. He sees a lot more in the distance. It's so massive that he doesn't see the other big fish.
  • "Gakushin Gakure there's more in the back, we should get out of this place to stay safe," the samurai said as he walks towards the captain. "No! Where staying with them, the captain makes sure that you say to us first where you gonna go before you start making decisions on your own," Gakushin Gakure said to the captain as he look over the edge.
  • "Why not?" The samurai asks. "We might be encountering something we've never seen before... I'm reporting this to the heads as soon as I vanished, I don't have much time left so good luck on all of you people's journey," Gakushin Gakure answered.
  • The big fishes in the ocean start moving faster. The samurai signaled to the captain to move faster than them a little bit. Gakushin Gakure is still looking in the water.
  • He sees something glowing in the water as the big fish on the left move faster than their boat.
  • Suddenly a huge fish jumped out of the water in the distance. Gakushin Gakure's bunshin was able to sense that there was something unusual inside that fish. The fish was hit by very strong water, a small wave of water suddenly came out but it was just weak.
  • Gakushin Gakure signals the captain to leave the place immediately as soon as the wave of water is done.
  • Samurai is walking around the boat to see if there's any bigger than that fish. "I see nothing, we should leave immediately!" The samurai said in a hurry.
  • The captain quickly fastened their boar and leave the area as soon as possible. Gakushin Gakure sees the fog is coming back. The fog is slowly making them not see.
  • He quickly goes to the captain to guide him and help him. "Gakushin Gakure, I believe they're still around here, the big fishes as soon as you vanished report this to the heads," the samurai said to Gakushin Gakure.
  • "I'll report this to the heads immediately to stop the consequences of more people that gonna be traveling for here," Gakushin Gakure said to the samurai.
  • The boat is getting a little bit faster. Gakushin Gakure sits down in a chair on the left side of the captain to preserve some of his energy as bunshin.
  • The swordsmans stayed on guard and stayed on their post to keep themselves safe.
  • Suddenly there was a very dark part of the water below them but no one noticed. Their boat continued to drift away as they did not know of the impending tragedy.
