Chapter 24 Follow Me

  • Stepping on the cold iced floor made me realize something "I went too far". My actions have officially made Edevin a nonhabitable place for lifeforms without an ice Nullification or ice resistance skill. It would have been easy for me to kill him with a sword or any other object but that punishment seems rather mild. Giving him death is far too pitiful for his crimes, "Tampering with what belongs to me is an offense of the highest order so I gave him a punishment deserving of the crime by sentencing him to an eternity in my ice prison.
  • To make certain that this was possible I reinforced the ice with every mana it needs, on the outside it might seem like the ice would melt with enough exposure to sunlight and the passage of time but that isn't to be.
  • Although the process of me making the ice prison seemed fast enough for even my opponent to not be able to react to but to me it seemed like years had gone by before I could make a fragment of the ice, a technique similar to stopping time. For every milliseconds I spent I made sure a fragment of the ice is to be even thicker and more durable than any metal on earth, I refined the ice to the best of its ability enough for a fragment to stay iced for a thousand years before melting but that won't happen because the mana in the surrounding area will automatically repair it back to its iced state if it shows any signs of melting. Such is the punishment befitting a man like him, eternity of being conscious while trapped in a stagnant location, if by some fate he ends up being free he will know never to mess with the wrong person ever again.
