Chapter 33 Blissfully happy

• Everything was moving way too fast. Looking at Brice's ring on me, I feel dizzy, happy, and intoxicated with joy. If I died and gone to hell I'd be smiling, thinking I've lived my life to the fullest. It couldn't get any better, I don't even know how to get down from my pedestal. I was walking on cloud nine, feeling like nothing can bring my happiness down, not even the freaking stalker. Well... maybe the stalker.
• But still, I never thought everything would head in the direction I've been wanting it to go. My brothers were cautious, while I was free-falling to whatever depth Brice's love was offering, and to this date, it was a deep abyss. The touches, the sex, even the small little attention as asking if I had my lunch already while I was busy with work. They all engulfed me in his warmth, cocooning me in his affection. I couldn't keep smiling like a freaking lunatic and I'm not embarrassed about it.
• Today was day three after meeting my brothers, spilling them the good news of my engagement to Brice. They didn't seem to take it very well, but they reacted as if they had known about it already. I didn't ask them knowing they would lie anyway, so I assumed their minions told them about my little trip to the jewelry store or Brice had given them hints about his plan. To either which I couldn't care less.
