Chapter 31 Erin Felt Like She Had a Bad Dream

  • His warm breath was like a blaze of fire burning the insides of her mouth. She felt herself being enveloped by his sudden surge of madness. However, she was completely numbed as her mind went blank at that moment. She wondered whether it was because she still had traces of anesthetic in her body after her surgery a few days ago.
  • A pair of large hands that burned like lava against her skin reached underneath her shirt. Erin began to tremble uncontrollably as she forced herself to regain some sense of consciousness after her mind went completely blank. “Mm... Uncle...” She relied on her final bit of consciousness to shove the man away, but her palm came in contact with boiling flesh—Arthur’s entire body was burning hot; it felt like he had just walked out of a firepit. She could tell that something was wrong, but she did not have the opportunity to think much then.
  • The sound of him pulling his zipper down reminded her of a blunt knife being dragged across a wooden board. The sharp and terrifying sound filled her ears and sent a shiver down her spine. She was utterly terrified as huge, fat tears began to roll down her cheeks. Right then, she felt her body being lifted by her waist before she was harshly slammed against the wall. The man recklessly tore her oversized hospital gown. Right as he was about to press his body onto hers, she let out a huge wail—she could not control herself any more. His lips had been on hers and her salty tears stained the skin around the area where their lips were in contact with one another. When he tasted her tears at the tip of his tongue, his entire body shook tremendously before he snapped out of his madness and stopped whatever he was doing.
