Chapter 29

• “Is everything all right?” I am now sitting outside while listing the names of children and older students. We are now at the long table as the six of us sit. I didn’t make a mistake and we will indeed be overwhelmed because even the other barrio has already registered. The volunteers have arrived.
• “Arturo Mendez and Arturo Mendez Jr., Miss. ”
• I wrote the name of the student; they are father and son. It’s good that somehow they don’t want to forget to study and they persevere. Even though my purpose here is different, the people here are also my priority.
