• I woke to a heavy weight pressing down my middle. My eyes popped open and I was horrified to see that it's Zero's big muscled hand.
• I swallowed twice and quietly swiveled my head to stare at the man beside me on the bed. I released a breath I didn't know I was holding.
• Quietly and so carefully, I carried his hand away from my body and rose from the bed. He was out like a light and it made me wonder what time he came to bed.
• Thank God I slept through all this.
