Chapter 8 Little Did I Know

  • "Yes, you wanted to leave this Mansion, remember? Then, do that now,' he pointed towards the door. "Get out of here,'
  • "Father,' my voice began getting teary.
  • "Get out of my mansion, right this minute.'
  • "Father, so…" I stuttered. I didn't mean it, I didn't want to go anywhere.
  • "Get out of my house, Since you want to meet your boyfriend, who is not even 5% up to my level and can't even stand where I stand, meet him. So, he can feed you and take care of you,' he shouted aggressively and pushed me again. "Security, someone should call the security and chase this maggot out of my house. What rubbish.'
  • He strictly ordered as he shouted, again and again, before the securities arrived.
  • Was this my life, was I gone for good?
  • I kept sobbing and sobbing, as they dragged my bag, my shoes, and belongings with me. I then used the edge of my cloth to clean up my nose, from the tears.
  • "I don't ever want to see you again and don't tell anyone that you are my child or you are related to me. If I hear such a thing from anyone, I will wipe that person out of the surface of the earth to never be seen again and you will be among them. After all, you are of no use to me, but a slut?' With those words, my father uttered in his mouth, he walked out of the sitting room, not giving me a chance to explain and at that same moment, the security burst into the mansion and carried me away with my bags and Ylva saw everything and started laughing so hard and then, she shouted to the guards.
  • "Be careful, unless you want her to seduce you with her scent, bye, sister,'' she announced and gave a sarcastic laugh as they threw me, like trash out of the building and threw my belongings along with me and shut the big Golden gate in my face.
  • I've turned into a rogue, the worst the minute I get kicked out.
  • Rogues were the worst people on earth, they were the people who broke the rules of the clans and were cast out like some dirt. When it comes to the Rogues, people tremble nonstop before them, because they were the most barbaric, firecrest wolves in history and no one wants to get on their bad side or else, there will be hell to pay and that wouldn't be good.
  • The consequences will be dire, I can't face them.
  • I felt so awful, cried so bitterly, I couldn't believe my eyes, my father threw me out of the mansion without a second thought.
  • Was this how the world was to me? I wiped my tears off my face and called my boyfriend to come to pick me up close to the mansion and hung up. I got up and walked away from the mansion. I halted and looked up at the mansion once more, at the place I grew up in and tears continued to pour down my face. I took a few steps with no clue on where to go and Darien was my only option and I sometimes wondered, if he is my fated mate, if he was, won't they be some sort of spark and string between us? I decided to stick around and wait for Darien.
  • For an hour, I wept so badly and remembered the pain and suffering I went through and sometimes, I asked myself if they were my real parents and not an outsider.
  • I was eighteen years old, a beautiful young woman with attractive features, blue eyes, more than five feet tall, black hair, and red lips, my skin was so smooth and flawless, like that of a newborn baby. My hands were so soft like I had never touched or worked anything in my entire life. I was a beautiful lady, that everyone adored so much and wished I was their child. But, if they only knew what my identity was, would they still treat and respect me the way they are supposed to treat me or will they disdain me?
  • I had always hidden from others in the mansion or even outside, most of the time, because of my scent and I didn't want anyone to know I was an Omega or my parents will skin me alive and I also didn't want to displease my father, so I concealed the truth and obeyed all their instructions.
  • Even though I was the firstborn in the family, my parents respected Ylva more than and disapproved of anything I also requested from them. My father says that he doesn't have time for that and the next time he goes out, he will get it for me, which was always a lie and I pretended like I didn't notice what he just did.
  • It has always been that way, why I was growing up, my parents and my younger sister treated me like baggage, I grew up in a home with no love and affection, but with hatred, and always people pointing fingers at me.
  • Most times, I wasn't even allowed to eat in the same place with them, my parents were always disgusted and never even cared if I was sick or if anything was happening to me.
  • I bet, if I were to be dead today, my parents would rejoice, and not even shed a single tear on their faces and at least, I would give them peace and be away from them. And it was time I took charge of my own life.
  • But, the question was how was I going to do that? Well, I had Darien beside me, who loves me and will support me in everything he does.
  • While I was standing with my bags, I saw a black car driving towards me, the lights shone brightly on my face as he came closer and stopped in front of him, opened the door and came out of the car and there was Darien, the handsome man, the love of my life. He ran towards me and tightly hugged me.
  • I held back my tears as I smiled, I was so happy to see him.
  • We both stayed like that for a while, when Darien pulled away from me and held my face with both of his hands.
