Chapter 21 The Truth(2)

• LEO'S POV
• " Sir, here is the pain reliever " I went to the fridge to take a bottle of water. I didn't like taking drug and I couldn't take one without water. I poured a large quantity of water into my mouth, before putting the pill, swallowing the water and the pill at once. My guard turned to leave "Go and get the cctv footage from the security room, I need to see who really poured the water." I said handling the bottle of water to him, he returned it back to the fridge before leaving.
• I laid down on my bed trying to get a nap but I wasn't able to sleep. I forced myself to sleep for few minutes, but sleep was far from me at the moment, instead I kept on turning restlessly on the bed. I took out Clara's diary which was under my pillow and I continue reading from where I stopped. I was smiling as I read it, not until I was interrupted by a light knock on my door.
